Mr. Sudheer has been an advisor to various Sugar and Co-Generation plants in Karnataka and southern Maharashtra consulting on various subjects such as expansions or procurement of machinery and raw materials. Mr. Sudheer Rayachoti having passed the Insolvency examination, he has hands on experience in the conduct of IBC Code and its proceedings. He continues to advise several Resolution Professionals and Corporate Debtors on the IBC proceedings.
